Sparkling wine Sekt & Crémant

For the here and now - brut, dry or semi-dry are attributes that are closely associated with sparkling wine. They provide information on the residual sweetness, which ultimately also makes up a considerable part of the taste. This residual sweetness is added as a shipping dosage before filling. It can be a sugar solution or unfermented must. The amount of sugar is regulated in EU law and the residual sweetness must be found on the label.
 
The label reveals what is in the bottle. Everyone can find out what tastes good for themselves. It is great fun to explore the unique variety of sparkling wine and to be brought to a new taste in the process.
 
The great example of sparkling wines comes from France, but excellent sparkling wines can also be found in Spain and Italy. Depending on the style, the winemaker decides whether the focus is more on the vintage, the grape variety or the grape varieties or the origin of the grapes. In France we find names for sparkling wines such as Monocru, Vintage or Prestige. In Germany we go similar ways with sparkling wine or vintage sparkling wine. In our program you will only find sparkling wine made using traditional methods.
