The winery Dr. Deinhard has been called Winning Winery again since 2009. Leopold von Winning was the son-in-law of Dr. Andreas Deinhard. Under his leadership (1907-1917), the winery not only experienced a heyday, but also became a founding member of the Association of Natural Wine Auctioneers (now VDP). Friedrich Deinhard (1812-1871) founded the winery in the middle of the 19th century. With the son Dr. Andreas Deinhard found himself a worthy successor. His daughter Emma became the wife of Leopold von Winning. In 1918 the company became the property of the Karl Josef Hoch winery in Neustadt. This was not allowed to continue the name of Winning and called the winery again Dr. Deinhard. In 2007 the entrepreneur Achim Niederberger from Neustadt bought the property. After his death, his wife Jana Niederberger continued the business in his spirit.

Kieselberg GG is located on the plateau above Deidesheim, with sandstone and limestone in the soil. Spontaneously fermented in 500l oak barrels and matured on the yeast for 1.5 years. A firm Riesling with lots of tension and pressure on the palate and enormous spice.
