2016 Riesling C.O. XVI Liquid Earth
Vinfected from Riesling vines that are over 70 years old. The quantity was reduced again by a green harvest and the grapes were selected after the harvest. Only ideal and healthy grapes ended up in the large wooden barrel. Natural yeasts took over the fermentation work. 2016 is the current vintage because after bottling, the wine remains in the company for about 5 years until it is ready for the market.
