VDP.ERSTE LAGE: 2024 Wachenheimer GOLDBÄCHEL Riesling P.C.| dry
Harvest: Selective hand-picking of healthy and fully ripe grapes in September, followed by gentle pressing.
Biodynamics: We have been cultivating our vineyards biodynamically since 2005.
Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation and subsequent aging in double wooden barrels.
Storage on the full yeast until shortly before filling in August.
Sensory: full-bodied and substantial, very precise. The limestone gives it
deep minerality and earthy aromas that are reminiscent of Burgundy.
