2021 PECHSTEIN GG Riesling
Pechstein GG is located on a slope north of Forst and has sandstone, limestone and lots of basalt in the soil. Spontaneously fermented in 500l oak barrels and matured on the yeast for 1.5 years. A dense, intense and very deep Riesling from an exceptional location.
