2021 Pinot Noix Ardoise | Daniel Twardowski | Magnum
We have been producing this wine since the 2011 vintage. The grapes come from areas in the Grand cru location Dhroner Hofberg, which we have planted with the best Burgundy clones since 2006. After 18 months of maturation in used barrique barrels of the best origins, the wine remains in the cellar for another 18 months before it is sold in autumn after 3 years.
