The GG vom Bruderberg already shows its wild character in the nose. In addition to its smoky slate spiciness, there are light yeasty notes of spontaneous fermentation. The fruit is dominated by green fruits such as apples, limes and kiwi. It smells of wild herbs with floral notes, then surprisingly elegant and clear on the palate. Green apple, white peach, and gooseberries pair with woodruff and ethereal flavors. A classy, wild wine that can still shine with its clarity and elegance.
