In addition to the German Wine Act, the late harvest grade can also be found in Austria. In Germany, quality wine with a predicate. The late harvest follows the predicate cabinet and is the forerunner of the selection. The late harvest has a long tradition in Germany and its reputation suffered a lot in the 70s and 80s. Today we find wonderfully balanced Riesling Spätlese from the Nahe or the Moselle, which are now also being loved around the world.
