Riesling is a versatile grape variety that is grown in many different wine-growing regions including Germany, France, Australia, New Zealand and North America. Riesling wines tend to have high acidity and can range from dry to sweet. The wines can exhibit aromas of green apples, citrus, peaches, apricots and minerals.
