Galler

The GALLER winery from the Palatinate, founded in 2009, is run by Katja and Ansgar Galler. Since 2012 only fungus-resistant grape varieties have been planted, the so-called PIWIs. That was another logical step in the direction of organic viticulture. The wines regularly shine with the clearing of gold medals at well-known wine bed competitions such as at the oldest PIWI wine, the WineSystem.

The focus is on the PIWI grape varieties Cabernet Blanc and Satin Noir cultivated on loess soil. In addition to stainless steel, the aging and fermentation takes place in classic wooden barrels made of Palatine and French oak.
The winery is a member of Bioland, Slow Food and Piwi International e.V.
