Dr. Bürklin-Wolf
At Bürklin-Wolf everything fits, a wonderful winery on the German Wine Route in Wachenheim, founded in 1935, first-class locations in the large Mariengarten area and biodynamic cultivation of the vineyards since 2005. Today about 85 hectares are cultivated with a focus on dry Rieslings. The wines grow with increasing maturity in the bottle, are rich in extracts and impress with their clear and exhilarating texture. Today's and tomorrow's wines should have a great future.
Ms. Bettina Bürklin-von Guradze's philosophy: "The source of energy from which the vine draws its energy becomes a unified whole in biodynamic viticulture."
