2022 BENTZ Rosé Cuvée | trocken | Magnum
Animating, playful rosé cuvée with juicy red fruit. The delicate rosé in the glass reflects the short maceration of this Swabian classic and increases the anticipation of the first sip. The creamy-floral bouquet of ripe fruit is refreshing and invites you to drink it. Thanks to the perfectly integrated acid backbone, the suspense remains in the reverberation for a long time. The hints of red currant, sour cherry, elderflower, ripe strawberry and raspberry are accompanied by aromas of Provençal herbs and summery lilac. Its complexity arises from the assemblage of the Pinot Noir, Lemberger, Merlot & Trollinger grape varieties.
Fermentation: Obtained by the Saignée method and then fermented cool in steel tanks.
Expansion: 100% stainless steel
Residual sugar & acidity: 6.1 g/l, 5.8 g/l
