Yellow gold. Clean, clear and fruity scent of honeydew melon. Aromas of mango and passion fruit and a hint of vanilla. Pure taste: mango and passion fruit, but also melon and a mouth full of finesse. Fine-meshed, dense, complex and creamy with a long finish.
Goes well with strong fish, veal, lamb, grilled and smoked meat or fish, spicy Asian cuisine.
