[Bewertung von RobertParker (Stephan Reinhardt): Fermented in stainless steel and aged under the observant Mathieu Kaufmann in large new oak, the sample of the 2019 Karthäuserhofberg GG shows an intense, complex, flinty-reductive and pure bouquet with ripe and very elegant fruit in the background. Juicy and salty-piquant on the palate, this is an elegant, stimulatingly salty and well-structured Riesling from Karthäuserhofberg. It's the first vintage that is going to be bottled by the Alsatian Mathieu Kaufmann who surprisingly left von Buhl last summer and was hired by Karthäuserhof earlier this year.
