2020 Silvaner & Riesling Natural dry | Wittmann

Intensive vineyard care all year round, low yields and a consistent selection of the grapes by hand create the basis for high wine quality. The grapes are destemmed individually by hand and then fermented on the mash for 10 days. The free juice was drawn off after fermentation and further stored in a half-length barrel for 8 months. The bottling took place unfiltered, without further intervention or additives. Sulphites were not added during the entire expansion period.
